The Budget Division of the Dept. of Finance oversees and enforces the regulations of the budgeting process. This series provides information on budget changes in the elements of a department's programs. These reports are summaries of object of expenditure amounts for such items as personnel and travel. The reports are monthly versions of Operation Plans which are generated by the departments. These reports are generated by the Budget Division for all agencies at the beginning and end of each fiscal year. It is only when an agency has requested an appropriation or current allotment change through the filing of an Appropriation and Allotment revision form that a new report is issued.
